Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

We're seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Bellshill, Scotland. As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for developing new and existing industrial business by identifying and establishing client relationships, making outbound sales calls, and sourcing and recruiting staff for temporary bookings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively develop new and existing industrial business by identifying and establishing client relationships
  • Make business-to-business outbound sales calls and work to targets
  • Travel to visit clients for meetings, requiring a driver's license and access to a car
  • Sourcing and recruiting staff for temporary bookings
  • Manage existing accounts and relationships
  • Service management - compliance, payroll, administration, and updating systems
