About Us:
At Steris IMS we are the trusted experts in surgical instrument sterilisation. We offer on and offsite re-processing, alongside reliable instrument maintenance solutions. We are currently recruiting for a Driver vacancy. This is an excellent opportunity to join the business at entry level and receive world class training. You must hold a full and up to date license.

**This is temporary role for 3 month**

**Working hours: 17.5 hours per week**

**Working days: Saturday and Sunday**

**What is involved**:

- Ensuring vehicles are driven in line with all current applicable legislation, company policies and procedures.
- Daily Health and Safety vehicle inspections
- Report all traffic accidents involving any company vehicle to the company insurer immediately in accordance with their requirements in addition to notifying line manager.
- Responsibility for the safe carriage of goods to comply with the basic rules of the Transport Act 1968.
- Maintain and organise planned preventative maintenance i.e. servicing of all company vehicles and organise alternative vehicle cover when necessary.
- Maintain effective vehicle mileage logs and submit the mileage records to the Administration Staff on a weekly basis.
- Shall ensure all delivery schedules are met in accordance with the daily requirements of the service.

**Required Experience**:

- Full driving license (max 3 points)
- 2 years driving experience
- Good customer service
