Job description

A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Operator to join a forward-thinking independent leisure business. As Head of Operations this role will be pinnacle in redefining the organisational structure and growing this successful business further.

**Reward and Benefits**:
Salary c£50-60,000k plus an attractive package to be discussed at interview but likely to include the following:

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
This key strategic role reporting directly to the board of directors will oversee the day-to-day operations of this multi revenue stream leisure and accommodation business.

As a leader you will support and motivate HOD’s and instil a culture of accountability in all key areas of their department always looking at improvements and further developments.

A commercial approach is essential and the ability to accurately present financial timely performance and forecasting data will be expected.

Working with the Heath of Safety Manager you will ensure that all standards and requirements around this are met in all departments as these forms a key focus across this holiday and leisure complex and extensive facilities within it.

This opportunity will suit someone who has a motivated leader who has a proven track record within a comparable hospitality and/or leisure business.

You will demonstrate a strategic approach with strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive positive change.

You will demonstrate genuine excitement about this new role within an established business and be committed to being part of an ambitious team to develop it further and implement the changes required to achieve this.
