Housekeeping Supervisor

**Cofton Holidays** is a 5 Star holiday site which is open all year round. We are now looking for a **Housekeeping Superviso**r to join our busy housekeeping team.

**This is a permanent position of 30 hours a week over 5 days. Working days are Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday each week. **Min. hours 7.50 hours a day, extra hours will be required depending on work load. Hours are distributed via a weekly rota.

As Housekeeper you will supervise an area in the housekeeping department to ensure the smooth operation of the housekeeping department and work alongside the Head Housekeeper, take part in the recruitment, training, reviewing of the Cleaners, Checkers, General Assistants and Laundry Assistants that make up your team. You will ensure all housekeeping duties are carried out to the highest possible standards.

You will support the Head Housekeeper by ensuring both you and your team are performing your roles to the best of your ability while conforming to company policy, procedures and goals.

**_ It is essential the successful applicant has a full driving licence as it is necessary to drive company vehicles._**
