Our client, a prominent entity in the field of fusion energy, is leading the charge in delivering sustainable and secure baseload power to combat climate change and ensure energy independence.
**About Them**:
Our client, a key player in the fusion energy sector, is at the forefront of the global movement towards sustainable net-zero energy. They are actively involved in the development and delivery of a prototype fusion plant by 2040. This effort emphasises collaboration with industrial partners, setting the stage for a fusion supply chain with an estimated sector value of £7tn per year.
As Chief of Staff, you will play a pivotal role in providing leadership and guidance to all team members and stakeholders. Reporting to the CEO and Chairman, you will contribute to the strategic direction of the organisation and coordinate efforts across various functional areas. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a groundbreaking initiative, shaping a new organisation and contributing to a global mission.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive leadership priorities to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Establish strong relationships with stakeholders, representing the Chair and CEO.
- Support the Board and Executive Committee in strategy deployment.
- Facilitate communication between leadership and staff for efficient information flow.
- Manage CEO and Chair's correspondence and diary for organisational efficiency.
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement policies and procedures.
- Manage special projects assigned by the CEO and Chair.
- Embody a leadership mindset, organisational culture, values, and mission.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.
- Experience in operating with senior staff and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to rapidly analyse complex situations and navigate a path through.
- Ability to manage a large, diverse, and fast-changing workload.
- Project, commercial, and financial experience.

**Salary**: £75,000.00-£76,000.00 per year
