Team Administrator Rdq

We need someone who.

**Responsibilities**:
- Raise purchase requisitions and receipting on Ariba for the RDQ team, Liaising with Finance dept with regards to supplier invoicing and order issues.
- Maintenance of RDQ who’s who chart (Org structure)
- Proactive planning of meetings, agendas, and itinerary for the RDQ Team.
- Coordinating head of department teams 1-2-1 meetings along with PDP reviews
- Provide general admin support for RDQ including, amongst other things - organising events and making travel Arrangements (Flights / Hotels / Taxis etc.) for all department members.
- Coordinating the P-CMOR meetings ensuring they are held at least 3 days before the CMOR, collating and consolidating the data into one spreadsheet for rejection/approval commentary.
- Booking the culinary kitchen and keep log of health and safety training
- Ensuring new hires have all relevant equipment i.e. laptop/phone access to shared drives
- Working closely and supporting RDQ EA.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in English Language.
- Experience in a commercial administrative role desireable
- Competent use of IT systems - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook.
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
- High degree of diligence and accuracy to provide smooth, reliable support to the Team.
- Strong organisational skills - ability to plan and prioritise.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion.
- Close attention to details to ensure subtle changes in requirements are identified, acknowledged, and actioned.
- Customer focused approach - approachable and always accepting of changing business priorities.
- Dependable with excellent work ethic.
- Demonstrates shows strong accountability for their own work.
- Strong at multitasking and meeting deadlines.
