Location: Bedfont Lake, Feltham
**Salary**: £12.17 per hour
Duration: Six (6) months. To start once security clearance is obtained
Hours: FULL TIME Mon-Fri 37 hours per week 9am -5pm (core working hours 10am - 3.45pm)
HYBRID: 40%/60% split, two days in office, balance WFH.
NB**:Training will be IN OFFICE, 5 days initially, moving to two days once**

The role will be dealing with pre-action protocol letters, judicial review challenges and private law claims and you will be responsible for the intake of litigation work, triaging cases and keeping clear audit trails, allocating litigation to the caseworkteams promptly, processing enquiries, responding, or redistributing as appropriate.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the monitoring of the litigation inbox
- Creating and maintaining records on internal databases, trackers, and spreadsheets
- Maintain data quality, digital records and holding files/folders
- Process and action all enquiries from business areas
- Request data and information from business areas
- Processing post and correspondence, linking to file, informing relevant caseworkers
- Call for, and dispatch, case files ensuring all files are tracked into the internal systems

- Demonstrable ability to effectively assess documents and information for accurate and timeous responses
- Ability to remain focused, pay attention to detail and work at a fast pace, without losing efficiency
- An ethical and enthusiastic approach, professional, confident, and customer focused
- Ability to collaboratively work within a team to deliver shared goals
- Confident observing and adhering to policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Able to adapt easily to change and proactively engage with business needs
- Excellent IT skills, in particular proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word)
- Experience having used databases and Excel spreadsheets
**Security Clearance**:
Due to the sensitive nature of the work, we will need to apply, on your behalf, for security clearance and you will need to meet the following requirements:
Resided in the UK for the last 3 years
Have a *current* British Passport or settlement status
NI Number
2 x proof of addresses (all in UK)
5 years full history with no gaps of more than 1 month
3 years solid reference with no gaps of more than 1 month
If placed into a role you will undergo extensive training and the expectation is that you will stay in that role for the duration of the assignment, or a minimum of 4 months, before we can reassign you into a different business area. If you feel the roleupon offer is not suitable you will need to discuss this prior to undergoing training.
