**Property and Rural Admin Assistant (Fixed term contract)**

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to provide administrative support to our Rural Land Management team based in Forfar. You will have previous experience in an office along with excellent organisational skills. You will be comfortable engaging with clients and the general public. A positive telephone manner, good IT skills using Office 365 and the ability to quickly learn Agency and accounting software are important. Rural/property qualifications and/or experience would be beneficial but are not essential as training will be provided.

The post will include general reception duties, assisting in all aspects of rural work including typing of letters, reports and agreements, general correspondence, ingoing and outgoing post, filing, digital transcription audio typing, invoicing (training provided), and general property management work to include preparing letting particulars, arranging and undertaking viewings and inspections, drafting tenancy documentation and liaising with tenants and contractors for maintenance and repairs.

A full, clean driving licence and own car is essential.
