at Inspire Together we are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Team lead Care Coordinator. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals in need of care and support.

**Position**:Team Care Coordinator

**Working Hours**: 09.00-18.00

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage enquiries and provide prompt responses to ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.
- Support in the coordination of staff rotas, including planning shifts and managing shift recoveries due to sickness or unforeseen circumstances.
- Assist management with audits and compliance reports, ensuring regulatory requirements are met at all times.
- Utilise your experience in working within a care setting to ensure the highest standard of care and support is provided.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a care setting is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in staff coordination, including managing rotas, is preferred.
- Ability to manage your own workload efficiently and effectively.
- Adeptness in working under pressure and maintaining composure in challenging situations.
