The Electronics Group (EGL) is the UK’s largest independent electronics manufacturing support business. For over 20 years we’ve provided high quality IPC & electronics training and technical inspection services, including x-ray and PCB rework, to companies throughout the UK, Europe and further afield including the Middle East and South East Asia. 5 years ago, EGL saw a gap in the market and a need for a specialist electronics recruitment consultancy. With an already established client base, the company’s aim is to provide excellent recruitment services to training customers to ensure a one-stop solution for their electronics training and staffing needs. The business has a clear goal: to be the go-to electronics industry recruitment specialists. EGL can offer something no other recruitment firm cantailored electronics training and support, potentially free. EGL’s client base is extremely diverse within the world of electronics. From automotive to military, CEM’s to aerospace, we work with the worlds best known electronics manufacturers, distributors and companies along the supply chain.

The company’s next step in our goal to grow is to bring on board a Senior Recruitment Consultant. This role will be pivotal to the continued growth and will require someone with a thirst for business development, managing people, and developing teams. Working closely with the General Manager, this role will have autonomy over the Recruitment department and be given a budget to work within. EGL are not the company that will be offering a pool table at lunch, after work socials night in night out. The team works hard at work and enjoys their personal time with a great work life balance.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Play a key role in contributing to the overall company growth targets
- Drive sales activities
- Ensure consistent achievement of personal and team targets, and set KPI’s for the wider team
- Networking with both new and existing clients
- Research clients and understand the market
- Lead, develop and support the recruitment team
- Actively sell recruitment solutions
- Build strategic plans to grow the department in line with wider company expectations

Experience
- Strong recruitment experience in either contract or permanent recruitment
- Experience leading a team of consultants or resources
- Proven records of delivering high performance in a sales or recruitment role
- Business development experience
- Strong communication skills

What’s on offer for you
- £28,000k - £35,000k depending on experience
- Uncapped commission

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
