Are you an experienced/seasoned Senior Recruitment Consultant? Do you have the drive to succeed? Join the fastest growing recruitment brand in the UK.

You will be the heart of brand growth and manage your own client accounts. Building lasting relationships with clients to secure success. Your experience and drive will be the beating heart of your own success. You will design and develop targeted recruitment strategies to meet your client’s needs. You will have the opportunity to build your own team with expert growth consultants at your side.

**This is the end of 10% commission per placement, you get a minimum of 80% of client fees**

We are looking for experienced Senior Recruitment Consultants who think they have what it takes to achieve something special, doing what they love and doing it for themselves You bring your recruitment experience and we provide everything else you need to succeed and earn uncapped profits

Required Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years experience in recruitment within an agency
- Proven track record of sourcing and securing new clients
- Experience in managing client relationships
- Experience in permanent, temporary and contract staff recruitment
- Experience in recruiting across multiple sectors
- Experience in managing a team is advantageous
- Comprehensive knowledge of good working practices within a recruitment agency

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: £75,000.00-£150,000.00 per year
