Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and engage in friendly conversations.
- Understand their preferences, needs, and style requirements.
- Provide personalised recommendations based on their individual tastes.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Develop a deep understanding of our formal menswear collection.
- Educate customers on fabric types, tailoring details, and styling options.
- Assist with fittings and alterations as needed.
- **Sales and Upselling**:

- Actively promote our range of suits, tuxedos, shirts, and accessories.
- Upsell complementary items such as ties, pocket squares, and cufflinks.
- **Visual Merchandising**:

- Ensure the shop floor is well-presented and organised.
- Participate in window displays and seasonal promotions.
- Maintain an aesthetically pleasing environment.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:

- Handle inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally.
- Address any customer concerns promptly and effectively.
- Create lasting relationships with our clientele.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in retail sales (menswear or formalwear preferred but not essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fashion and an eye for detail.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
