We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and personable Clinic Manager to join our team at Fitzrovia Clinic in London. Our clinic is a doctor-led luxury medical aesthetics centre that specialises in providing personalised injectable and energy-based treatments. With a team of experienced professionals and state-of-the-art technology, we offer a wide range of services that cater to the unique needs and desires of each individual patient.

As our Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the clinic, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and attention. You will work closely with our team to ensure that the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day activities, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our patients.
- Ensure the clinic is clean, organised, and properly stocked with high-end products and equipment.
- Manage patient appointments and the doctors diaries.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency of the clinic, and continuously work to enhance the patient experience.
- Monitor feedback and implement improvements to ensure that every patient feels valued and cared for.
- Collaborate with our team of medical professionals to ensure that our patients receive the most innovative and effective treatments available.
- Liaise with the company bookkeeper on a regular basis, run monthly financial and commission reports, help monitor budgets and ensure that all expenses are accurately accounted for.
- Ensure that the clinic is compliant with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including CQC (Care Quality Commission), and maintain a high level of safety and hygiene standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Clinic Manager or in a similar role, with experience managing a CQC-registered healthcare facility.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures, and experience with managing high-end products and equipment.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with a positive and can-do attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs, with experience in managing inventory and budgets.

Excellent written and spoken English.

This is a full-time position starting in mid-June, offering a competitive salary corresponding to level of experience.
