**HR Business Support Officer - Fully Remote**
**£25,000 + bonus and benefits**
One of IT Bods leading clients has a fantastic opportunity for a remote working HR / Business Support Officer to be part of building one of the fastest growing Business and IT consultancy firms in the UK. My client delivers transformational programmes for theirdiverse portfolio of clients.
Reporting to the Business Support Manager you will be adept at building excellent working relationships with both internal stakeholders and clients being driven to solve problems and deliver effective and polished solutions.
**Key Responsibilities & Duties**
- Supporting internal and external enquiries and requests related to the Business Support team
- Provide documentation support and develop policies, procedures and reports that meet the needs of a growing business
- Work with the Business Support Manager on various projects, operational development initiatives and presentations
- Work in partnership with other management team members to ascertain and carry out the needs of the team and wider organisation
- Assisting HR with the process of recruitment and arranging interviews / feedback from interviews
- Assisting and maintaining the HR system, ensuring that all personal details are up to date and all onboarding and offboarding tasks are completed accurately and promptly.
- Assist with the implementation of new systems and process to keep pace with the needs of a rapidly growing business.
- Updating spreadsheets using excel to intermediate level
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements, and any other duties assigned to you
**Experience, Qualifications and Skills**
**Essential**
- Experience working within a HR role / department and working towards a CIPD qualification at level 3 or above is preferred.
- Excellent Microsoft Office 365 (including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, organisation, administration skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent numerical and verbal skills
- Proven experience within a similar role, working with an extremely busy team with very high standards
- Strong organisation and planning skills, able to plan and manage own workload
- Good research skills, data analysis and the ability to translate complex data into a simple format
