Summary of role: The role of HR Officer is to work closely and support the HR Manager & Team, take control of multiple project while implementing new strategies.
The responsibilities of the HR Officer are, but are not limited to;
- Hr and Business wide project management.
- New starter contacts.
- Implement HR process including, recruitment, L&D, performance management and benefits.
- Lead and support business innovation.
- To follow up audit compliance and to provide support in external audits.
- Develop internal employee communication.
- To monitor, maintain and ensure all HR databases are accurate
- Communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders
The skills and education required for the role are the following;
- CIPD qualified or studying towards qualification
- Self motivated
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility problem solving skills
- Strong excel experience
- Ability to multi-task an work under pressure with tight deadlines and strong eye for detail
- Experience in a similar role
- Skilled in managing and developing employees
