I am working with a large manufacturing business who operate out of the east midlands (with offices all over the place) and with national reach on an Interim HR Change Lead role, on an initial 12-18 month FTC.

This position will lead and project manage a significant change project, mainly focusing on the change process following a system implementation for the corporate functions working closely with a variety of divisions (with c250 employees).

This position will be responsible for all change related activity for a system implementation programme, you will be involved in all elements of the project including - data reporting, strategic thinking, employee engagement, key stakeholder relationshipsand more You will embed the change in line with the company objectives, and not only manage the due diligence elements of change but also the communications and engagement strategy surrounding the transformation.

This is a full time fixed term contract paying around £55,000p.a., the site is based in Northampton and you would be required to be on site about twice a week.
