As Data Coordinator in our eCommerce and Out of Home Service Team, you will produce accurate and timely proactive service and compliance reports so that Carrier and Evri Network improvement opportunities are recognised and implemented.

**You will be accountable for**:

- Collating daily/ weekly/ monthly exception reports so the Data Analyst can investigate, analyse & present findings to be used with wider network to support improve service
- Collating actions & responses against the above for distribution to relevant parties so that they can improve service in their areas
- Use your own data to create rolling trends, reoffending sites, leg of the journey all with a good view on daily, weekly, period & yearly stats.
- Collate the variance on the above against previous figures for the business showing where service is trending
- Take a proactive approach in improving daily / weekly / monthly compliance reports so these can be used to make recommendations to the operations & use this insight to gain influence
- Seek Opportunities to improve the OOH & eCommerce reporting suite, highlighting any bugs or incorrect data to the MI team
- Collate data showing the courier inbound leg on our eCommerce manifested pickups, showing client affected & worst performing sites.
- Collate data showing the courier outbound leg for our eCommerce deliveries, showing client affected & worst performing sites.
- Producing periodic service review data to be used in the weekly eCommerce pack created by the analyst.
- Take opportunities to analyse your data & present to Service Manager with suggestions for roll out, presentation, new trends & how we can support improvements in the network

**To be successful in this role you will require the following**
- Advanced PC skills, including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience in building trends, pivot tables & variance reports
- Ability to analyse, interrogate distribute detailed high-volume data
- Experience of root cause analysis
- Proactive approach in improving data
- Detailed knowledge of Depot network is advantageous
- Some experience working with KPI, SAP & Business Objects.
