Pertemps in Kettering are recruiting on behalf of a market leading manufacturer based in Northamptonshire are looking for Electric Production Operatives to join their team.
As Electrical Production Operative, you will join a well-established team who are on hand to train you to progress and increase your earning potential.

Due to expansion of the business the right individual needs to be able to install positivity in the team & to communicate new ideas and bestpractice across the business in a highly regulated & complex assembly manufacturing environment.
The Opportunity for this role of Electrical Production Operative is truly a great one. You will have the chance to make an enormous difference to a business that is currently expanding massively right now. They are in the process of setting up sites acrossEurope, but their UK operation is a lynch pin to their organisation.
You will be offered a good salary, as well as good benefits and pension. This role is really about an experienced, positive and process driven person to come in and help the business meet their increasing order book in 2023.
**Duties of the role**:
- Assembly and fitting of all electrical components as required within target hours and in compliance with the company’s quality standards and ISO standards
- Diagnostic analysis and troubleshooting of electrical build issues as they arise
- Organising and monitoring workflow through the electrical department
- The completion of function checks upon completion of installation in compliance with the company’s build quality standards and ISO standards
- The completion of all relevant documentation including check lists, inspection/test sheets in compliance with the company’s build quality standards and ISO standards
- Ensuring that all work completed complies with relevant Health and Safety and Environmental legislation and policy
- Testing the feasibility of new products, processes, and procedures
- Identifying and implementing product/process/build quality improvements in conjunction with the management team
- The completion of new product training when necessary
- The training of team members in product knowledge and new product, process, and procedure development
- The completion of other tasks as reasonably requested by the Company, e.g. mechanical and hydraulic installations/panel wiring, welding, paint spraying
- The completion of other duties and responsibilities e.g. within the Service Workshop, Engineering Department
