The LCH LTD Client Services team is a newly formed Cross Service Client facing team within the LCH group, primarily focussing on the end to end customer experience. The team is the first entry point for all customer/relationship queries, sitting within the broader Operations function, working closely with a wide range of internal collaborators to support the customer base.

Key responsibilities of the role:

- This team is the primary entry point for customer/relationship queries. The role requires use of Service Cloud (within Salesforce) to support a shared mailbox and ensure quick and efficient response times to our customers.
- The individual will support key LCH projects and Initiatives, focussing primarily on outward communications as well as supporting member queries and concerns.
- Provides Relationship Management support with key customers, including in person meetings & periodic service reviews.
- The individual will need to support the sending of member communications on behalf of the business and respond to the incoming on the back of key member notices.
- Responsible for assisting with Member Escalation and aiding members to work through issues or concerns.
- Custodians of the newly formed Knowledge Portal, assisting customers to become more self-help & self-sufficient.
- Provider of customer MI to key stakeholders across the firm, highlighting key engagement and member feedback across all LCH services.
- Builds and maintains relationships with collaborators internally (Operations, Risk etc.) to ensure that the needs of the customer is understood and enhancements/improvements are customer led.

Essential experience and skills required:
Proactive and highly motivated individual with a broad understanding of the LCH businesses

Strong relationship Management or Client Service skills/qualities

Degree or equivalent experience
