As a Customer Care Representative you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that our client’s customer service run smoothly, coordinating and communicating with customers, warehouse and operations to ensure they have the best experience. This is a full-time hybrid role based in London, with flexibility for remote work.
The role of Customer Care Representative offers a salary of £28,000 to £32,000 per annum. You will be tasked with speaking to and assisting customers over the phone and by email. Display great telephone-based customer service
Carry out project-based tasks to ensure all of the above is achievable
As the company grows, the ideal candidate will take on the role of Customer Care Manager and take control of this area of the business. This is a great opportunity for someone that is not just looking for a job, but developing and building a career for themselves.
As a Customer Care Representative, your duties will include:
Answering incoming phone calls, emails and customer care requests
Using the CRM to process and resolve customer cases in a timely and efficient manner
Performing and completing project-based duties as assigned
Providing timely feedback to the Customer Care Manager regarding service failures or customer concerns
Technical Troubleshooting via phone on What’s app or Facetime.
To be successful for the role of Customer Care Representative, you must have / be:
Creative problem solver
Customer Care (not necessary but preferred)
Interest in health and wellness is a bonus
