As an experienced HR Advisor, your knowledge and skills will be instrumental in the evolution of our service. As the HR Advisor within our healthcare division you will support managers on site to promote positive employee engagement and proactively work with senior stakeholders to achieve the highest standards of people performance.

This is a hybrid Human Resources role that requires 3 days in the field visiting key sites in Derby, Coventry and Worcester alongside ad hoc visits to smaller sites in the Midlands.

**Key Responsibilities**_**_
- Support the Managers on site to drive a positive culture and build engagement
- Provide advice, and assist managers in all ER matters such as grievances, disciplinaries and long term sickness
- Run workshops and deliver regular training and coaching
- Communicate complex or sensitive information in a professional manner
- Build strong stakeholder relationships
- Run weekly meetings to review performance and progress of cases

**Professional and personal competencies/qualifications**_**_
- An experienced HR professional with hands on experience
- CIPD Level 5 or studying towards it
- A proficient relationship builder who is passionate about driving change and delivering great results
- Experience of providing advice and guidance to stakeholders on complex ER related matters
- Sound knowledge and understanding of employment legislation and employment issues
- Experience in a high-volume head count, multi-site business
- Knowledge or experience dealing with Unions
- Experience within healthcare or the public sector
- Adaptable with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- You will have excellent communications skills, the ability to influence and drive decision making
