Applied Blockchain is a leading edge web3 software development company. Based in London and Porto (Portugal), Applied Blockchain has around 100 experts developing cutting-edge solutions for innovative clients including Shell (also an investor), Algorand, Chainlink, and Ledger.

We are building a new generation of decentralised protocols and solutions, working through some of the most interesting technical problems in this field such as identity, data privacy, key management, smart contracts, and advanced cryptography.

**Job Description and Key Responsibilities**

Reporting directly to the Head of Product, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy forward to support revenue objectives and to establish Applied Blockchain Products as market leaders in the blockchain industry. You will be responsible for delivering marketing strategy by implementing a range of marketing tactics:

- Understanding the audience for each of our products and how we want to position each product to be able to create content which resonates with buyers
- Create campaigns which successfully reach our target audience for each product whilst being cost efficient
- Create marketing campaigns which successfully convert people at the top of the funnel into leads
- Track a range of metrics for each product which can be used to identify what is working, what isn’t and show an objective improvement to our marketing activities
- Tracking and trialing campaigns and attempting meaningful variations of ads, campaigns & landing pages then identifying what we should scale
- Heading the brand identity and ensuring the brand guidelines are adhered to in all marketing, sales and management collateral.
- Leading in organising various technology industry events and conferences throughout the year, and organising and maximising the company’s presence at a range of blockchain industry and partner events.

**Requirements**:
**Must**
- Deep knowledge of at least 2 paid marketing channels e.g. LinkedIn, Youtube, Google Ads
- The ability to understand a product audience behaviour and language
- Experience utilising marketing channels to achieve a positive RoI for a previous product or service
- 3+ years’ experience setting up and engaging with events in the technology industry and community management.
- A proficiency in being able to write good copy for an audience including creating several variations
- B2B marketing experience required, ideally in a startup
- Project management in: CRM, marketing automation, tag management, web analytics.
- You may have worked as a growth hacker, performance marketer, campaign marketer, marketing automation executive, digital marketing executive, web analytics manager or independently from a company building a funnel etc.
- Passion for marketing and startup. Eager and hunger to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment, and unafraid to get your hands dirty, and constantly trying to understand how to better market for growth
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and want to embrace autonomy, can keep focussed and organised and cope with a very fast changing environment. Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
- Excellent communication and people skills with a customer-oriented approach.

**Nice to Have**
- Masters in Marketing, Business or a relevant field.
- Experience in blockchain and fintech industries.
