Sales Ledger Assistant

Data cleansing of the sales ledgers.
- Reviewing and assigning credit limits.
- Raising/assigning of invoices and credits.
- Reviewing and reporting to Finance Manager ensuring efficient cash collection.
- Allocation/reconciliation of receipts.
- Weekly/Monthly reports.
- Specific duties will vary from time to time in line with the business needs.
- Sage 50 experience would be highly desirable.
- Experience in Microsoft Office would be advantageous.
- Experience in a computerised sales ledger.
- Able to prioritise and work under pressure.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent oral and write communication skills.
- Flexibility regarding working hours, beneficial.
