**30 Hours per week - **8.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 8.30am to 1.00pm

In this role you will provide effective administration support to the HR team, including supporting the HR Director, HR Business Partners, Payroll and L&D teams.

**Duties to include**:

- Ensure employee communications are kept up to date, helping to construct monthly employee newsletter, update notice boards and company organisation chart.
- Manage all new start paperwork and ensure all employees are set up on payroll and HR systems. Update employee details when required
- Update reception systems
- Process any purchase orders and check invoices relating to HR department
- Assist HRBPs with any employee relation activities including note taking in formal meetings
- Maintain company car records
- Co-ordinate all employee engagement activity such as employee survey, long service awards, company events
- Payroll administration - helping administer time and attendance system, pension paperwork
- General HR administration and reporting on behalf of the team

**Experience**
- Strong administration experience preferably within a HR environment
- Well organised and able to multi-task
- Able to pick up HR and payroll systems quickly
- Excellent accuracy and record keeping skills
- Good communication skills at all levels, both senior management to trainee level
- Trustworthy and confidential when dealing with sensitive information
- Positive outlook
- Able to work as a team but under own initiative when required
