The Company
Senior Payroll Administrator - Hybrid Working
A growing organisation based in Houghton le Spring is seeking a Senior Payroll Administrator to join their team.
The Role
The Senior Payroll Administrator's duties will include:
- Processing of monthly and weekly payrolls across two businesses
- Calculation and processing all statutory payments
- Production of employee documents, RTI's and pension files
- Liaise with employees and develop strong business relationships
- Point of contact with HMRC for payroll related matters
- Carrying out data imports and corrections when necessar
- Dealing with client queries including income tax, NI, NMW and more
- Processing weekly expenses and mileage claims
- End to End Payroll including Year End and P11D
- Oversee compliance with statutory payroll reporting and filing requirements
The Person
The requirements for the Senior Payroll Administrator role are:
- Experience in a multi-faceted finance team environment
- Relevant payroll qualification or qualified by experience
- At least three year of UK Payroll experience (essential)
- Strong MS Office packages - Excel and Outlook
- Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation
