We are looking for a strong branch administrator to join our health care business.

Your role would include:
- Receiving and directing incoming telephone calls in an efficient and friendly manner
- Preparing documents for files which will include downloading relevant information
- Data Entry on our payroll system
- Answering Telephones ,General office duties and working with various systems
- Compliance, ensuring all workers are ready to work

On call will also be required

Any other duties which from time to time are reasonably required by the firm.

Essential skills:

- Good organisational and time management skills
- Strong IT and Microsoft office skills.
- Some payroll experience would be helpful
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of Health Care requirements would be desirable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £21,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Houghton le Spring, Tyne and Wear: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
