The post holder will be responsible for delivering the Trust medical devices management service. This shall include analysis of reports on medical device condition/location to inform work priorities, storage, distribution, collection and return of medical devices from a medical device library and other Trust locations across the city. They will also be responsible for basic fault-finding to avoid unnecessary engineering attendance.

They will ensure all record keeping in all formats (written, database, portal) is accurate and up to date and always maintained to the highest standards.

The post holder will have no line management responsibility. The post holder will be responsible for stock control. They will also ensure medical devices are efficiently and consistantly provided for use throughout the Trust.
