Centralised Planner

**Description**:
The Centralised Planner role is responsible for ensuring service excellence by coordinating the operational and administrative aspects of service delivery to designated clients while meeting agreed-upon performance KPIs, SLAs, and service standards.
**What that means day to day**:
- Efficiently schedule auditing activities by collaborating with auditors, ROMs, and Enterprise accounts, prioritising cost-effectiveness, auditor well-being, and accuracy
- Proactively manage client scheduling to minimise travel, optimise audit utilisation, and assign suitable auditors
- Schedule clients 12 weeks to 12 months in advance based on their category
- Manage client requirements, including date and personnel changes, cancellations, and general audit rescheduling. Handle invoicing related to client cancellations
- Onboard new clients and maintain relationships with IAN and Enterprise accounts as assigned
- Collaborate with colleagues and the broader team to meet client needs and resolve issues
- Coordinate with the Technical department for necessary technical checks and to address client queries
- Process client retention and de-registrations as needed
- Carry out any additional tasks or responsibilities as directed by the Head of Strategic Planning
