**SENIOR IFA ADMINISTRATOR**

**LOCATION; CENTRAL MANCHESTER**

**SALARY: Up to £29,000**

**HYBRID / REMOTE WORKING AFTER THREE MONTHS**

Our Client, an entrepreneurial and inspiring firm of Chartered Financial Planners offering a full range of financial services to its private and corporate clients, both at a local and national level now require an additional Senior IFA Administrator to jointheir team. Working from offices in the Heart of the City, the initial three months will be spent working from the office whilst you undergo training and induction, however from this point you can then decide between yourself and your Manager as to how yourworking pattern will work moving forwards. There’s so much flexibility with this company

The main purpose of the role is predominantly to support all aspects of 'client reporting’ undertaken by the team. Responsibilities will include;
- Manage the Valuation cycle
- Produce Valuation Reports
- Look after any Valuation related queries raised by the Financial Advice team
- Produce Cost & Charges Tables
- Process Review Transactions (Top
- ups, Fund Switches, Transfers, Withdrawals Cash (In / Out)
- Manage account closures/residual balances Other responsibilities/ support areas
- Look after ad hoc payments for centralised billing
- Manage the Client Service inbox
- Monitor and provide SLA details for Financial Advice Dashboard
- Help with Investment Management reporting tasks where require
- Help with back office system -IO static data updates where required

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- 1 + years’ experience within Financial Services sector
- Proactive approach to work and adaptable to different situations
- Excellent organisations skills
- Eye for detail
- Ability to respond swiftly to queries and concerns from clients
- Investment Operations Certificate (IOC) qualification or working towards (desirable)
- Experience working with IO back-office system (Intelliflo) is not essential but advantageous
- Experience in financial advice, specifically in operational roles using different platforms
- Understand and ensure compliance with regulations and procedures as laid down by the Financial Conduct Authority
