We have an exciting opportunity to appoint a Senior Administrator to join the Inner Northwest London Single Point of Access Post-COVID (SPA) team. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract of 30 hours/week (0.8 FTE) based at Woodfield Road.

The SPA's operating hours are 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, and there may be changes in line with service expectations. Shift patterns may also be alternated depending on cross-cover needs.

Deal with complex queries and advising or signposting appropriately
