**Role Overview**:
In this role, you will have the chance to work closely with students who have a range of additional learning needs, including Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC), Social, Emotional, or Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD).

As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant/Learning Support Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in assisting these students, providing targeted interventions, and supporting their overall learning experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with experienced teaching staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist in implementing tailored interventions to meet the specific needs of individual students.
- Foster engagement and motivation among students, helping them reach their learning targets.
- Adapt quickly to the varying needs of our students and demonstrate a caring and responsible attitude

**Desired Qualities**:

- A Psychology Graduate with a genuine interest in working with children who have additional learning needs.
- Strong understanding of strategies for working with children on the Autism Spectrum, those with SEMH needs, and PMLD.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic educational setting.
- Passion for making a positive impact on students' lives.
