This role resides within Santander Corporate & Investment Bank (SCIB), the investment banking division for Santander.
Securitisation Middle Office is part of a Business Support position within SLB (Santander London Branch). MO is a centre of excellence providing transactional execution support throughout Europe for structured finance transactions, either funded directly on balance sheet, or via the issuance of commercial paper by administered commercial paper conduits.
This role will also include nuances of operational, compliance, project management, finance/accounting responsibilities and compiling data for internal and external stakeholders, whilst performing a variety of administrative functions to ensure compliance with applicable by-laws, transaction legal documents and internal policies and procedures.

- Supporting all securitisation transactions, including transaction set-up, coordination of funding and on-going monitoring and oversight.
**What you’ll bring.**
- Solid exposure to investment banking products and banking regulations, with a good knowledge of credit markets is essential along with strong numerical, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience liaising with the FO teams, deal analysts and legal counsel to ensure a review of administrative sections of legal documents, including loan agreements and fee letters are operational feasible, whilst developing procedures and processes ensuring consistent and accurate reporting for both new and existing transactions.
**It would be nice for you to have.**
- Educated to degree level or equivalent (Engineering, Finance, Science, Mathematics).
- Second language (ideally Spanish, spoken and written).
- Experience of LoanIQ, Murex, deal repository sites.
**What else you need to know.**
This is a full-time permanent position based in Triton Square London with flexibility to work from home.
