**Role Overview**:
The Amazon Administrator will be instrumental in managing the backend operations of our Amazon store, focusing on the administrative aspects to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. This role demands a meticulous attention to detail, a strong grasp of Amazon’s operational requirements, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Listing Management**: Accurately update and maintain product listings, including descriptions, images, and keywords, ensuring all information adheres to Amazon’s guidelines and our brand standards.
- **Inventory Oversight**: Monitor inventory levels closely, updating records to prevent stockouts or overstock situations, and liaising with the supply chain team to ensure optimal inventory health.
- **Order Processing**: Oversee the order fulfillment process, coordinating with logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of products to customers.
- **Performance Reporting**: Compile and maintain regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
- **Customer Service Support**: Assist in managing customer inquiries and issues related to Amazon orders, providing administrative support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Case Management**: Create and oversee Amazon support cases, acting as the primary point of contact for resolving operational hiccups.
- **Compliance and Best Practices**: Ensure all Amazon activities comply with marketplace rules and regulations, staying informed of any changes in policy or best practices to maintain account health.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align Amazon operations with broader company objectives.
- Has previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within an Amazon or e-commerce environment.
- Is detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Possesses excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Demonstrates proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central and related analytics tools.
- Is proactive, able to identify issues and implement solutions effectively.
