Our client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner, to manage the HR team. This role will be reporting to the Director of the business and will be a proactive individual who can work at a fast pace
**Job Description**:

- To assist in the development and implementation of integrated people plans that enable, facilitate, and achieve organisational and cultural change, putting people at the heart of the business.
- To provide expertise in relation to workforce planning, performance management, learning and development, reward management, compensation and benefits, and organisational development.
- To be responsible for delivering excellence in all aspects of HR service delivery by identifying areas for improvement in HR services and implementing good practices.
- To lead on major people, change projects, and other projects and to liaise closely with senior managers ensuring that change is successfully embedded across the organisation.
- To advise high-profile or high-risk employment-related matters.
- To work with Senior Managers to ensure that the Group's values are reflected in the behaviors of people across the organisation.
- To help drive forward and achieve the Group's Equality and Diversity strategies.
- To develop and drive effective HR reporting to Directors and Senior Managers across the group
- To manage and develop an effective and motivated team ensuring that the team consistently meets high standards of performance throughout the business.
- Proven experience in a similar role
- CIPD level 7 is an advantage
- Experience working in a fast-paced organisation
- Experience in managing a similar-sized organisation (Headcount of 500+)
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

**Salary**: £45,000 - £65,000 per Annum
