We are currently recruiting for a HR Co-Ordinator to work on site for one of our Prestigious automotive clients.

Working under the supervision and co-ordination of the HR Manager, the purpose of this role is to provide a first class on site Operational HR Service.

Recognised HR and/or Recruitment Qualifications or experience would be advantageous.

**Location**: Corby, East Midlands

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide day to day People support to the workforce and drive a positive employee / employer experience.
- Dealing with the day-to-day queries relating to Pay, Holidays, employee welfare, PEE
- To advise on efficient ER processes and continuously improve in line with legislative updates
- Support and provide guidance to line managers and employees on policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and contracts, checking all employee details, recording sickness, annual leave, and meetings in relation to an employee is on the system along with supporting documentation (this list is not exhaustive).
- Manage the on-site onboarding process for permanent and temporary labour enabling new entrants to be up-to-speed and productive as quickly as possible. This includes completing the HR Induction for all staff before handing them over to the Team Leaders.
- Support the operational team on forecasting of volumes to guarantee resource plans are put in place and communicated. Contacting all Temporary staff members, generating their work availability and booking in their shifts at the required sites.
- Work with the wider HR Team providing an available healthy pool of temporary labour. Liaise with the temporary pool of labour on a regular basis for weekly availability and supporting with rota management.
- Lead or take minutes in investigations, disciplinary and grievances and ensure completion within the agreed timeframes. Ensure team members have the relevant information and knowledge on the policies and procedures before the meeting is to take place.
- Conduct return to work interviews following sickness with employees and manage employee absences, identify trends
- Adhering to the PPE process; requesting orders, issuing and ensuring all PPE is signed for and records are updated
- Supporting the Operational Team to manage change and employee issues
- Providing accurate and timely information to the Management Team using the HR system, in compliance with Company process, data protection requirements and best practice.
- Supporting HR and management on a wide variety of people related topics and projects including support for engagement activity.
- To ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Undertake other duties as directed commensurate with the level of the job function.

**Adaptability**
- Flexibility to complete a variety of tasks deemed necessary and appropriate for the process.
- Ability to work as part of a team, able to use own initiative, be self-motivated and to be able to work unsupervised.
- The on-site HR Team rotate and manage the HR phone out of office hours (on call). An additional payment bonus is issued for partaking in the On-Call team.

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
