**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Working to a consistent high standard
- Keeping the Made Interiors website under good levels of maintenance and editing content where needed
- Managing logistics and scheduling for a mobile unit and liasing with a large supermarket chain the unit represents and ordering products to be used on the unit, as well as remotely supervising the Operations Manager working on the unit
- Booking flights, accommodation, transport and utilities during show seaon and for other events
- Carrying out weekly fire tests
- Customer service liasion for Made Interiors and Elm UK
- Keeping projects updated through the company's timesheet software
- Keeping track of employee holiday accruement and timesheet accuracy
- Acting as a HR Representative and keeping employee paperwork and confidential information in order and supporting the wellbeing of other employees

The hourly rate for this role will be £11 - £12.10 per hour depending on experience

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.10 per hour
