Laurence Recruitment are seeking an experienced office administrator for a busy office based in Corby.

Duties
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Greeting visitors and providing them with necessary information
- Performing data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records/ raising PO's / invoices
- Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed

Skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Experience with data entry and administrative tasks
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in using Microsoft
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
