Customer Service Administrator

Are you an organised individual with a strong attention to detail? Does the opportunity to work with a successful manufacturing business appeal?
What you’ll be doing:
- Processing orders daily to a high standard
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Amend and cancel orders where necessary
- Routinely review the files and delete out of date pro forma invoices and reservations.
- File all paperwork regularly to ensure that an up-to-date and accurate filing system is maintained
- General liaison with customers to discuss stock availability, order status, stockists, and other related enquiries
What you’ll need:
- Previous experience working in an administrative/customer service background.
- Excellent communication skills both orally and written.
- A confident and polite telephone manner.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- A good understanding of Microsoft Office and other general PC skills.
The shift is offered on a Monday-Friday day shift basis and you can expect a salary of £22-23,000 per annum in return.
