**Full-time Customer Service Advisor**

Join our growing team as a full-time Customer Service Advisor in our Perth office on Friarton Road. Previous experience in a similar role and/or industry is not essential but would be advantageous. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position, between the hours of 8am to 5pm.

**What you'll do**:

- Take inbound calls from customers who might have a technical query about their boiler, want to book a service or purchase a new boiler
- Make outbound calls to schedule engineer visits and help coordinate their diaries
- Send outbound communications to prospective clients, detailing the services we offer
- Create invoices and carry out a wide range of similar administrative tasks
- Be part of a supportive, fun, and friendly customer service team

- An ability to empathise and understand customer needs
- A passion for delivering brilliant customer service
