An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Perth Agency which is conveniently located in our modern office in Broxden Business Park.

**About the role**:
We are looking for an individual to help look after our existing customers and new customers coming to our agency.

**Duties will include**:

- Handling general customer enquiries, policy alterations and renewals by telephone and face to face in the office
- Selling new NFU Mutual products to customers (initially home and motor insurance)
- Providing support to senior members of staff, managing their renewal book, administration and processing of general insurance policies.

**About you**:
Whether you are a school or college leaver looking to start your next chapter, or just looking for a new challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
- While previous experience within the insurance or financial industry is a benefit, it’s not essential as you will receive full training.
- Strong IT skills especially Microsoft office and the ability to adapt to new systems would be an advantage.
- You should be hard working and a great time player with good time management and customer service skills
- You should have a professional manner both over the phone and face to face and be able to operate with a high attention to detail
