JOB TITLE Proactive Sales Assistant

REPORTING MANAGER Marketing Director

SALARY Dependant on experience + Plus Commission Scheme

FULL/PART TIME HOURS 40 per week, 52 weeks per year (or as appropriate)
- JOB PURPOSE
- KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

Majority of your time will be spent managing a large network of independent bathroom showrooms, bathroom retailers and independent merchant accounts. These accounts will form your key account list, selling a specific subset of products and brands, following a schedule of activity,

Will be required to make contact with between 60-80 customers per day

Driving key sales activity will be paramount in building brand awareness.

To grow a successful internal structure with group of customers that has a multi-million pound turnover, year on year.

Working in conjunction with the company external sales team, national sales manager and sales director and regular liaising with wider marketing teams

Occasional overnight stay will be required
- GENERAL

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**
- QUALIFICATIONS

Hold A-C grade in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)

High level IT competency

Driven and enthusiastic about sales
- EXPERIENCE

Desirable to have a demonstrable track record in the bathroom industry.

Proven experience in meeting sales targets in a fast-moving environment/industry

Experience working under pressure

Track record of stability within your career.
- SKILLS

Must be able to present and close at all levels.

Must have strong account management skills.

Must be able to build relationships and trust.

Organised, driven and customer service orientated
