Full time 9am to 5pm

Job Title: Office Administrator / Call Dispatcher

Sales Consult are recruiting on behalf of their client who are a drainage company. They require an office-based staff member to support their planned growth. To keep their plumbing & drainage engineers working, they need a dedicated office based professionalto work within their Waltham abbey office.

You will provide customer service support for all customers and engineers, main duties will include answering customer enquiries, dealing with job bookings and allocating jobs to engineers. You will also provide administrative support and manage all engineers’diaries.

Hours:
Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls
- Assist customers with their enquiries
- Updating clients with job updates.
- Obtaining uplifts when required
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Book and allocate jobs to for the engineers
- Liaise with engineers
- Other reasonable duties as and when required

Essential Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Stable career history
- Good telephone manner
- Able to act professionally at all times
- Maintain strict confidentiality
- Must be computer literate
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Excellent references
