We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Social and Influencers Executive to join the social and PR team at DUSK HQ. We are growing rapidly as a business and we need a senior content and influencers ace to join our team and level up our social channels.

**Social and content production**:

- Manage social content across all channels; Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and YouTube.
- Work closely with the wider brand team to interpret business priorities, brand proposition, social strategy, and target audience into a monthly content calendar tapping into relevant themes, conversations, and trends.
- Confidently plan, produce, and schedule proactive and reactive content to meet social objectives.
- Run regular community-focused exercises alongside the Community Executives, such as competitions and surprise-and-delight gifting to aid with follower growth.
- Work with the creative team to develop social content to support campaigns.
- Monitor performance and contribute towards weekly, monthly and campaign-specific social reports including social performance, site, and brand metrics.
- Use social management tools to effectively manage content and performance.
- Keep up to date with high-performing accounts, competitors and the latest developments in social media to ensure DUSK is always at the forefront of innovation.

**Influencers**:

- Source, manage, and build strong relationships with influencers.
- Nurture relationships with existing influencers in the DUSK community.
- Liaise with influencers on product selections, raising orders and tracking coverage.
- Work collaboratively with the social team to raise orders for influencers, partners, competition prizes, and surprise-and-delight gifting.
- Work with the wider social and PR team to deliver elevated gifting campaigns and events.
- Manage the influencer gifting budget, ensuring a sustainable and effective approach is implemented across the year for existing and new in products.
- Work closely with the Social, Partnerships and Influencers Manager on paid collaborations and partnerships.
- Collaborate with the Community Executives to ensure engagement from key influencers is addressed and responded to in a timely manner.
- Report on all influencer activity, monitoring coverage, and tracking impact on brand and site.

**Requirements**:
Essential
- 1-2 years proven experience in a social media marketing role or similar.
- Proven experience working with influencers on a gifting or paid collaboration basis.
- Ability to deliver social-first video content.
- Experience with community management on social media.
- Team player.
- Positive can-do attitude.
- Organised and able to multitask.
- Creative flair.

Nice to have
- Experience of managing social media platforms in the US but not essential.
- Experience in a DTC ecommerce business is preferred but not essential.
