**Main duties, tasks & skills required**:
Main duties will include but are not limited to (see job description):
System:

- Create New starters on the Healthroster System accurately from information provided via Change forms received daily on the support desk, following written guidance/procedures.
- Update existing Staff information on the Healthroster system accurately from information provided via Change forms received daily on the support desk, following written guidance/procedures.
- Look up data from ESR reports as and when required to ensure accurate staff details are maintained on the system.
- Create New System User Accounts following written guidance/procedures.
- Reset Passwords for System User Accounts
- Escalate any issues to line manager in a timely manner to ensure service levels are maintained.

Other:

- Co-operate in the introduction of new technology/systems and new working practices to ensure the smooth running of the department.
- The post holder will be working as part of a Team and may be asked to assist with other duties as and when required.

Good General Education (e.g. GCSE English and Maths A-C) or GCSE Level 9-4

NVQ Level 2 in business administration or similar or equivalent experience in an administrative environment through on-the-job training

Experience of working with a range of Microsoft Office packages (e.g. Word, Excel and Outlook)

Experience of using IT systems

Experience of working in a busy office / customer care environment

Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of equality and diversity
