**Salary**:23k + Bonus
**Location**:Manchester - Hybrid Working Pattern
**Working hours**:9-5 with (10 - 6 shift pattern during particularly busy periods)

We are currently looking to recruit a Leads Services Executive to join our team in Manchester.
Our Leads Services Team are an integral part of our partnership with the British Medical Association.
As a Leads Services Executive, you will work closely with the Leads Services Team, Advisers and Clients to ensure all leads generated by marketing campaigns and events are allocated and that the end to end lead management process is followed.
Your role will involve contacting clients who have expressed an interest in Chase de Vere and booking a complimentary first stage appointment with one of our Independent Financial Advisers. You will then follow up on this meeting and gain a full understandingof the outcome and future business opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you will be personable, professional, a team player and above all, strive to meet our client’s needs.
- Have experience of providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
- Have previous experience of working in an administrative capacity. It would be beneficial, but not essential, to have experience in the Financial Services sector.
- Have experience working within defined service standards, policies and procedures.
- Be confident using all programmes within the Microsoft Office Suite (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint).
**The role will involve**:
- Building and developing excellent working relationships with colleagues across the business including Advisers, Senior Managers and Regional Managers
- Contacting clients and arranging a first stage meeting with a Financial Adviser
- Supporting our Independent Financial Advisers and allocating leads according to location
- Following up on all initial stage meetings and documenting progress and next steps
- Updating the lead status from initial meeting to business written
- Ensuring client records are accurate and all administration is up to date
- Collating and providing management information to identify areas where training and support may be required.
