Key Responsibilities
- Delivering outstanding customer service by responding promptly while always remaining courteous and professional.
- Logging requests in the appropriate software, ensuring all relevant information is recorded, requests are categorised correctly and prioritised in accordance with their potential impact and urgency, ensuring that all owned requests are resolved.
- Escalating requests where a satisfactory resolution has not been provided or where a higher level of management input is required.
- Use of effective communication to proactively manage customer expectations.

Necessary Skills
- Basic knowledge of computer software including the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience working on a busy FM/Engineering help desk
- Adaptable and flexible to change
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to organise and multitask
- Excellent time management
- Work well as part of a team
