**Your Duties**:
- Data input/retrieval of information.
- Dealing with general enquiries/providing advice which requires immediate action within definitive guidelines, protocols & policies.
- Arrange appointments/meetings as requested.
- Take minutes of meetings as required.
- Dealing with requests for information.
- General office duties such as photocopying/faxing/scanning.
- Supervising staff and allocate work as appropriate.
- To produce service information in a range of formats e.g. leaflets.
- Maintain and update Trust systems to enhance communication e.g. Iconnect, SharePoint.
**Your Profile**:
- Four GCSEs Grades A-C including English or English language (excluding English Literature) or equivalent and 1 years relevant secretarial/admin/clerical experience.
**OR**
- Two years relevant secretarial/admin/clerical experience Shortlisting by Application Form.
**Other**:
- ECDL or In-depth experience and knowledge of Microsoft packages including word, excel or equivalent. Shortlisting by Application Form.
- Hold a current full driving licence which is valid for use in the UK and have access to a car on appointment. This criteria will be waived in the case of applicants whose disability prohibits driving but who have access to a form of transport approved by the Trust which will permit them to carry out the duties of the post.
- Minute taking is a requirement of this role.
- The initial base is Thompson House Hospital, Lisburn but you will be required to travel to Bayview (Bangor) and Downshire. Travel will be paid for.
**Assignment Details**:
- £11.67 per hour.
- Thompson House Hospital, Lisburn but you will be required to travel to Bayview (Bangor) and Downshire.
- Part Time Temporary (Three months initially).
- Monday-Friday 09:00AM-05:00PM, 25 hours per week.
- A Basic Access NI Check is required at a cost of £16.
