Position: Care Coordinator

Type: Part time - Full-time

**Responsibilities**:
Rota Management: You will be responsible for creating and maintaining staff schedules, ensuring that all shifts are covered effectively to deliver high-quality care to individuals who are autistic.

On-Call Support: Serving as a reliable point of contact, you'll provide our dedicated staff with a responsive channel to discuss shifts, address concerns, and offer guidance whenever needed.

Team Collaboration: Working closely with our dedicated team, you'll foster a collaborative environment where everyone can excel individually and as part of a united team.

Pressure Handling: Thriving in a dynamic environment, you'll handle pressure situations with ease, ensuring that all operational aspects are managed smoothly.

Energetic Approach: Your enthusiasm and energy will inspire your colleagues, contributing to a positive work atmosphere and exceptional care services.

Autism Focus: You'll be an advocate for our clients who are autistic, ensuring that their unique needs are met and that our services are delivered with empathy, understanding, and patience.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in a care coordination or related role is preferred.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to manage schedules effectively.

Strong communication skills to provide clear guidance and support to staff members.

Ability to work well under pressure and make effective decisions.

Enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated to making a difference.

Empathy and understanding towards individuals who are autistic.

Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and requirements.
