**The Role**
**BASE LOCATION**: Bellshill (on-site)
**SALARY**: Depending on skills and experience
**WORKING PATTERN**: Permanent | Full-time (35 hours per week)

**Role Description**
The Customer Service Administrator plays an important role on our service desk in the continued success of our business.

As a Customer Service Administrator you are expected to respond to calls from customers and effectively log cases into the system. Delivering a high standard of excellent customer service in a positive and professional manner.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Log and record customers issues accurately within the call logging system
- Gather relevant information for the Support Consultants
- Assist with new customer take on process
- Represent the business with a positive attitude
- Provide reception cover as and when required

- Experience of working in a customer support role
- Strong work ethic
- A positive attitude and desire to provide customer service
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple issues and tasks simultaneously
- A team player willing to contribute to the team
- Ability to work on your own initiative and make decisions based on the facts presented
- The desire to go the extra mile to provide great customer service
- Excellent telephone manner
