**About us**
Scotplas Trade Centres Limited is a small business in Bellshill.As we continue to grow we have opened a showroom to showcase additional offerings to our range of products.
We require an additional person to manage the showroom,liaise with both customers and colleagues and price and quote products using both excel and our bespoke package.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Organise and maintain filing systems.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or office.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Prepare reports and presentations.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
